Hi, I am not sure whether it is possible to do this natively in Exchange 2003 or earlier. With 2007 you can do it using transport rules. With 2003 you may be able to do it using event syncs but I am not sure. I know you can use these to add disclaimers on the way out so long as all mail flows as SMTP i.e through an SMTP virtual server on a Front End server rather than arriving as MAPI. So, take a look into this MS KB article. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/317327 If that doesn't work for you then have a look at this product which is very flexible and should do what you want. http://www.policypatrol.com/PolicyPatrolDisclaimers.htm Cheers Nathan
