Hi

I have installed new fresh exchange

On login I encountered the following error:

:-( something went wrong A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox.

X-OWA-Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.ObjectNotFoundException
X-OWA-Version: 15.0.847.32
X-FEServer: OUTLOOK
X-BEServer: OUTLOOK

Thank you for your question. 

We could refer to the following steps to check if the issue persist: 

1. Logon on Exchange server with Https://localhost/owa to check
2. Restart IIS on Exchange server to check
3. Re-create a new account to check
4. Disable and enable the current account which have wrong to check
5. Check if there are any errors in application log and send them to ibsexc@microsoft.com for troubleshooting
6. Check if we could logon ecp
7. Change other browsers to check
8. Tell us that if there are any change in virtual directory

Hi,

Is your AD account have a mailbox in Exchange? Exchange does not automatically create a mailbox for a user once it is installed so you have to enable the mailbox for all users in AD. The admin, arbitration and ediscovery are the only mailbox that has a mailbox from a fresh install of Exchange.
