Exchange server 2010 can not handle charset GBK emails. Hi, my case is using Netscape Mail & Newsgroups send out an charset GBK email to a Exchange 2010 mailbox. After send out, the recipient can not receive the GBK email. but the exchange can't return a error for sender. the Tracking log shows recipientStatus : 550 5.6.0 CAT.InvalidContent.Exception:InvalidCharsetException; cannot handle content of message with internal Id 85457 there are any solution make exchange 2010 to handle GBK email? Hi Exchange 2010 doesn’t support GBK charset . My suggestion is to send email by GB2312.
