hi,my customer previously created mail contacts for another company in their AD for GAL lookup. we recently deleted the mail contacts and created mail-enabled user object,and the LegacyExchangeDN, X500 addresses were also copied to the new objects. when user tried to send a mail to company B user (using online mode) from Outlook, they encounter the following error. I've updated the GAL prior to their tests. what can i check? thanks! if the ad account is"ismail" then the alias should be the same. you would probably find that if you logged onto OWA with that user you would have to specify the username as domainname\username\aliasMCSE,CCNA,VCP,APP
