500 Internal Server errors when trying to attach files to email
Yesterday, some users were experiencing 500 Internal Server errors when trying to attach files (small PDF’s) to email, and today the OWA issues seem to be spreading. Users are also reporting errors with mobile phones / activesync. Any ideas on where to look for an issue here?

Yes....it is Exchange 2003. Here is what we have seen so far: 1. OWA emails with attachments not being sent. HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error 2. Mobile devices receiving an Activesync error. ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. Support Code 0x85010014 Thanks

Some additional info:It is not all users with OWA, it began with 2 and has increased to a couple dozen. They cannot send an attachment and it is not all attachment only some types. Another user could not save a draft email. It is about 7 users with Mobile Devices and it is only ActiveSync. any one have any ideas on this?
