We see this "corrupt message content" NDR about once every 3 to 6 months. We're on Exchange 2007 SP3 RU5. The user can immediately resend the message and it will be delivered fine in every case we've seen this happen. There's lots of posts about this NDR, but nothing that really jumps out as a clue to what happened in this case.
