Hi, Please let me know whether the message is delivered to irresistiblefilms.com domain. Based on my research, the MX record of the irresistiblefilms.com should be mailserver.irresistiblefilms.com. Please ensure your DNS server is configured correctly. Mike

Hi Mike,Thanks for your reply. Yeah the domain name is irresistiblefilms.com, but it still doesn't deliver. So is it the irresistiblefilms server that needs its DNS Server configuring? How do I suggest they do this?Thanks again for your help.Claire

After query the MX record of the irresistiblefilms.com domain by using following site: http://centralops.net/asp/co/NsLookup.vbs.asp I get the following information: MX record: mailserver.irresistiblefilms.com A: mailserver.irresistiblefilms.com 213.171.216.66 Base on the current situation, in order to test whether it is a DNS related issue, I suggest you create a SMTP connector (Send Connector) for the irresistiblefilms.com domain. And configure the SMTP connector (Send Connector) to deliver message to IP address 213.171.216.66 (Smarthost) directly. Note: I suggest you confirm with the irresistiblefilms.com domain admin to ensure the IP address 213.171.216.66 is their public IP address to receive mail. Mike
