Hi Hugo ,

Thank you for your question.

We could run adsiedit.msc in Run, then navigate to

CN=Configuration,DC=artapower,DC=com-CN=Services-CN=Microsoft Exchange-CN=ARTAPOWER-N=Administrative Groups-CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)-CN=Routing Groups-CN=Exchange Routing Group (DWBGZMFD01QNBJR)-CN=Connections

Then we could delete all sub-folders and wait for a while to check if the issue persist on.

Notice: we should backup AD database before we modify it. We suggest we ask MS engineer for help.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim

Hi Hugo,

Just wondering after u did the changes in host file did you had a chance to restart your transport services.

And also have a look at the settings of the NIC card if by any chance there is any DNS setting miss match.

Hi Hugo,

Run the following command on Exchange 2013 to check if there are any components is inactive:

Get-ServerComponentState "servername"

Then we could run the following command to active it:

Set-ServerComponentState  "<servername>" -Component <ComponentName> -Requester Functional -State Active

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim

Hello all,

Finally, I found out the solution, it was caused by SSL certificate.

Remove all self sign SSL from MMC.

I generate a new selfsign SSL again, and reassign the service to it, the service become working now. Thanks all
