2 email accounts with different domains synchronizing to all my platforms

I have Office 365 for small business and an exchange set up and has been working well for years.  I now need to also have a second email address in my Outlook.

Most importantly it need to synchronize across my 3 platforms just like my current Office 365.  I have been successful setting up the second account on my workstation but it will not allow me to set it up the same way on my tablet or laptop.

I was thinking it needed to be at the exchange level to synchronize.

Could some explain if this is even possible.

  1. I want to continue to use both accounts in Outlook, many instances receiving in one and reply from another address is important.
  2. I would like them to be in synchronization at all times so that I can leave my workstation and head to plane and pull down all that I have done onto my tablet or laptop.
  3. I have one workstation working by using simple account>add> and then setting it up.

This is an Exchange Server forum and I don't see anything in your post that relates to Exchange Server.

I recommend that you post this in the Outlook Forum:  http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads

You have posted to a Microsoft Exchange forum but I see no evidence that you have Microsoft Exchange.

Hi,

Why not configuring two email accounts in your Outlook? "I have been successful setting up the second account on my workstation but it will not allow me to set it up the same way on my tablet or laptop." Is there any error when you set up the second account on your tablet or laptop?

Generally, we can setup another account in Windows by the following steps:

Control Panel > Mail > E-mail Accounts. In E-mail tab, click New to add the second Exchange account.
