2010 Outlook Calendar Sharing comes up blank

I am trying to set up a shared calendar with all the staff in my office using Outlook 2010. Most of the staff are able to view the calendar and make changes according to their permissions, but three of our staff members can only view the calendar and its blank. I made sure all 3 of them had the correct permissions. I made sure our server setting was correct that we can view each other's calendars with detail instead of free/busy. I unchecked the "Download Shared Folders" check box on both my computer (the owner) and the staff person's computer and nothing has worked.

One thing that seems out of the ordinary: I see their name is listed as having permission to view the calendar and then I right-click on the calendar and click 'share calendar'. After I send it to them, I look back in the permissions and they are listed twice: once with their name, and again with just their email address. What is going on? Please help!

HI Mark,

As per thread 1 - I disabled the cache of the shared folder for the user who's calendar is blank and that did not help. I also disabled my cache since I am the owner of the shared calendar and that did not help either. On the 2nd thread, I had the user login to the online calendar and it was blank there also. What do I do?

Hi Angela,

Can these three staff members see items in other shared calendars?

Are these three staff members in the same Exchange environment with other staff members?

Have you tried giving a higher permission to these three staff members and then test it again? Since this issue continues in OWA, it's more likely a permission issue. As we can do few things regarding the issue on Outlook client side, I'd recommend you post a new question in the Exchange forum for further assistance. Be sure that you involved above information in the new post:

Steve, Thanks for your response. I have tried changing calendar permissions in Outlook in all different ways and it hasn't helped. I am not sure how to tackle it on the OWA side. These co-workers can see other shared calendars, but only as "busy or free", not with details. As per your suggestion, I re-posted the discussion here. Hopefully that is the right spot!
