Hi,
Please do the following steps to check the result:
1. Start Outlook, go to File -> Account Settings -> Change -> Select Use Cached Exchange Mode -> More Settings -> Advanced tab -> Outlook Data File Settings -> Disable Offline Use(Please keep the .ost file location in mind) -> OK. Exit Outlook.
2. Browse to the .ost file, rename or delete it.
3. Press Win + R and type outlook.exe /safe in the blank box, then press Enter.
4. If 3 doesn't work, create a new profile to check the result:
