Ok we are still using public folders to share department schedules within the entire company, and also for a company wide annual calendar for events. When someone within the department has something scheduled that might effect the rest of the department, or company we invide the department public calendar to that appointment. Then it will display for everyone to see that "so-in-so is gone today", and also gives management any easy place to see what we have scheduled. So I need the public calendars to auto accept any appointments sent to them. How can I do this with exchange 2007, or should I try something different?

Well its not accepting due to a conflict, but I need it to accept them conflict or not.
