1022 Errors on Mailbox server
Hello We are running Exchange 2007 SP1. On my mailbox servers, I see the following error: Logon Failure on database "XXX"- Windows account KAM\LonHT1; mailbox /o=KAM/ou=LON/cn=Recipients/cn=kam_UK.Error: 1245 Client Machine: LonHT1 There's an article here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555420 that explains the message, but I was wondering why Hub Transport was mentioned there?

Because in some cases you'll find the HT servers name as the user-id.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Hi, 1. Please check if Microsoft System Attendant mailbox has been deleted or disabled. 2. Please try to increase the value for mDBOverHardQuotaLimit "200000" Note: mDBOverHardQuotaLimit is equal to “Prohibit Send and Receive”. More detail information to share with you: Interpreting Status of Storage Quotas via Exchange Management Shell http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/09/20/428965.aspx 3. Please run secpol.msc to check if we have “exchange server”, ”administrator” under “Manage auditing and Security log” 4. After all, please restart Microsoft AD topology services. 5. If the problem still persists, then please check if you have 1205 event logged in the event viewer. Regards, Xiu
