Are you using any anti-spam agents on the 2007 hubs or transport rules that may be dropping those messages?

If I remember correctly 00A: means no auth, and it refers to the auth type that was used to send the message. Does the sender get any NDR for the messages with the 00A: Code?Martin Sundstrm | Microsoft Certified Trainer | MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2007/2010 | http://msundis.wordpress.com

Agree with Martin of OOA definition, same issue i encounter and it was resolved by delete stale rule created in user mailbox which was not visible in outlook rule option. To reolve this issue please do below steps. 1: Check and diable AV on user machine 2: Check mails in deleted item folder and in recover deleted item 3: Finally use MFCMapi tool and delete if any stale rule is created Delete Corrupted, Hidden or Stale rules from mailbox with MFCMapi http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/04/10/delete-corrupted-hidden-or-stale-rules-from-mailbox-with-mfcmapi/ Hope this will help you !!!Anil

If the message was sent to a DL (or user) that accepts messages only from authenticated users you can remove that restriction from the DL (or user). --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
