'Accepted' email received by none appointment organizer
Hi
Having a strange problem here the scenario. Exhange 2007, Outlook 2007.
User A invites User B to a meeting. User B accepts. User A gets acceptance email but for some reason so does User C. User C does not get any other of user A's emails and doesn't seem to have any more rights to User C's calendar than several other
users who don't get the acceptance email. There are no rules in outlook or mail flow setting in exchange for User A that would cause the forwarded email.
Have I missed something? Any ideas anyone.
Thanks

Hi
Is there any forward or delegates involved?

No, no forwards involved. When you say delegates, I don't think so but where can i double check?

Hi,
First please try to check if you have any forward rules on UserA.
Then please check if UserC has delegate permission on UserA's Calendar. You can check the settings against the following article:
Allow someone else to manage your mail and calendar
