homeMDB value is missing from one of the system Mailboxes.
Copy the homeMDB attribute value from any of the working User mailbox and paste it into
homeMDB of the system mailbox.
Once it's done, continue the installation and it should complete without issue.

Hello,
This problem will occur when the federated built-in e-mail account that links to the computer account no longer exists. Or, the federated built-in e-mail account in the Active Directory directory service is corrupted.
This is the KB related to the error for your reference. (Note: The KB also applies to exchange 2013)

Remove the mailboxes and run the prepare AD again which will recreate the mailboxes.
