"Exchange store does not start" error from Best Practices Report
We are using Exchange 2007....
After running a Health check through the Best Practices Analyzer, a critical error is shown saying that the "Exchange store does not start".
I have followed the suggested Microsoft instructions through and all seems to be ok, but strangelythe Exchange Store service is actually running and has never shown any errors in the event viewer that I can see.
Has anyone else had this or does anyone know if I can I safely ignore this error? Apart from errors with Outlook clients downloading the OAB, the system seems to be running ok otherwise...
Mark.

Id also like to know. Using exchange 2010.
I get the following:
Exchange store does not start.
The 'Services' string type value located in 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\Setup\Services' registry key is missing or inaccessible.
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service won't start. As a result, all services that depend on this service won't be able to start. For more information, see http://support.micro....com/kb/285116.
But the key do exist and the service is started. The OWA works fine but out outlook 2007 clients stays in a "disconnected" state.
