I have looked pretty thoroughly through this website as well as a google search for this error and have figured out a few things. Apparently, according to http://www.macwindows.com/entourage.html, I need a few folders installed: /Exchange/ExchWeb/ExchAdmin Now, I checked the IIS Manager and apparently we have Exchange and Exchweb. While trying to do so through the Exchange management shell with this command: New-OWAVirtualDirectory -Name ExchAdmin. The console this error: New-OWAVirtualDirectory : The virtual directory 'owa' already exists under <Default Web Site>. Parameter name: VirtualDirectoryName At line:1 char:24 +New-OWAVirtualDirectory <<<< -Name ExchAdmin Is my syntax incorrect? I'm certainly no expert with Exchange as I was still getting myself up to speed with Exchange 2000 when we decided to upgrade, so any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

I am having this same issue... I need to recreate those directories but I don't think the right command is owavirtualdirectory. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. -M
