x64 boot wim not loading correct NIC drivers
Currently testing building images on ESX (vmware) virtual machine. The 32bit builds all complete successfully, but the 64bit never get to the part where the boot.wim connects back to the SCCM server to pull down the TS.I've taken a look at the setupapi.app.log which shows me the missing network card id: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_2000&SUBSYS_20001022&REV_10From googling etc i found this to correlate to: "VMware Accelerated AMD PCNet Adapter". I DO have this driver and tried putting into the boot.wim and still no luck. The setupapi.app.log shows: "Loading module 'x:\windows\system32\wlaninst.dll' failed""Error 126: The specified module could not found""Error 126: loading CoInstaller(wlaninst.dll,WlanDeviceClassCoInstaller)""Error 126: The specified module could not found"As a point of interest i use "AMD PCNET Family Ethernet Adapter (PCI)" for the 32bit boot.wim. I've checked and they don't provide 64bit drivers. Please help.Matt Summer
