windows steady state
well hello i'm new here i hope to explain good my problem, I install windows steady state but i didn work good with the other user it didn let to use the documents or picture it show an error iknow it work like this but no with pictures or more basic features that every body uses, I unistalled but now everytime I restart the computer it work like it have installed, I cant find the s state on all programs or control panel it doesnt show how I get rid of it if i cant find it? no in hidden administator or me the administrator. thank you for any help.

Hi aztecamex, as the restrictions can be stored in registry or group policy, if you want to uninstall Windows SteadyState, we need to disable all restrictions first. Based on the current situation, I suggest you reinstall it, disable all restrictions and uninstall it to see the result. Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT

hello sean zhu thank you for let me known the restrictions I think I unistalled whitout disable i'm going to follow the steps i let you known the result thanks. Ps: my writing not so good i"m learning, thank you for understant it.

well about steady state i did reinstall but still having the same problems, once I installed i disable all restriccions but when i did the restart it come back like before so I think steady state is not ready yet, i was reading some others guys having problems too, I think not other option than to reinstall the system, any others options are welcome,, help thank you,.

Have you checked Windows Disk Protection status? Please follow the steps below and see the result:1. Install Windows SteadyState.2. Turn off all restrictions including Set Computer Restrictions, Windows Disk Protection and User settings.3. Restart the computer and see the result. 4. If those restrictions no longer apply, please remove Windows SteadyState.5. Restart the computer.Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT
