I have a laptop that has a product key for Windows 7 Home Edition but it actually has Windows 7 pro installed on it.

The key on the sticker on the back of the laptop says Windows 7 Home Prem OA Acer Group.

The OS has frozen and I want to just reinstall windows 7 Pro

How can I find the product key

I have signed up for the MS Action Pack is there somewhere I can download a copy of Windows 7 Pro and burn it onto a disk

I have a laptop that has a product key for Windows 7 Home Edition but it actually has Windows 7 pro installed on it.

If the machine has Windows 7 Professional on it then this product was installed subsequent to the purchase. You will need the Pro installation DVD and also a matching product key. Keyfinder can extract the product key from an existing installation, maybe even from one that no longer runs.
