Try restart your PC and open the Setting and check for build again.
First make sure your Windows is updated and then check for the latest build and make sure it set to Fast.

I don't think it's reallyhung up. My extreme seemed to hang during that period BUT there was a fair amount of undulating CPU consumption during that period telling me thar something was going on BUT the average user will need much better feedback than this during installation.

Collect them and upload them into OneDrive and then post the shared link here.
Enable Show hidden file and folders under folder options,
then check and see if you have any Windows-BT folder under system drive. If yes, find the logs needed based on the article below:
