no i don't want to upgrade into sql 2014 i am looking if any possaiblity to upgrade sql 2012 r2 enterprise into service pack? and sccm 2012 sp2 or sccm 2012 r2 sp1

Thanks then what about sql server need to upgrade now i am using remote sql 2012  server enterprise edition so needs to update  cumulative  update or service pack for sql

sccm ghost, the minimum supported SQL versions are listed here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682077.aspx#BKMK_SupConfigSQLDBconfig. Just make sure that your SQL server fulfills those requirements.
