Now will I be connected under my new Service of TDS? I no longer am with Charter.
Did you mean that you lost the register information from your Internet service provider?
Or did your mean that after upgrading to Windows 10, you cannot connect to Internet, and you would like to find out your service of TDS?
Generally speaking, you will not lost the TDS information after upgrading to Windows 10, if it just the issue to connect to internet, I recommend you install the latest driver for your network adapters from manufacturer's website.
