userdisp.aspx is rendering a blank page
Environment - SharePoint Enterprise 2007. MySite is disabled. MyProfile is disabled.
When I click on a person's name in a list, I'm redirected to a page that's not there. "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
However, after checking an installation where it does work, I found that adding &Force="whateverIwant" into the string generates the User Information page. This is great. This is what I want, the User Information Page.
I checked some related topics

there because the &Force="whateverIwant"& makes it work.

at a custom page. I want to use the User Information page that's provided OOTB.

This one seems to be the closest, but I don't see a clear resolution.

This is another one that seems to be worth following as well.
Any tips?
