user name/password window again for UNC path access sharepoint content?
NTLM with https implemented by AAM.

I do not need to type user name and password to get into my sharepoint site. However I have do one time to access it through UNC path:
\\intranet.mycompanyname.org\finance in file explorer. If I open another file explorer window, it does not ask.
I have windows 7, 64 bit; my sharepoint is Moss 2007 with windows authentication; I am logging in as windows domain account;
same to open a spreadsheet from a document library.

Hi,
are you using Kerberos or NTLM?
