I am having an issue with updates not starting to install. The updates are downloading to the client but it never installs. Ive tried setting deadlines and such but nothing ever happens. I even tried scanning for updates in configuration manager but nothing comes up. can someone help?

Are you using just WSUS for patching or have you recently switched from a standalone WSUS Server to SUP? Have you tried on the client to flush the bits download queue and rerun detection on this client? I am having an issue with updates not starting to install. The updates are downloading to the client but it never installs. Ive tried setting deadlines and such but nothing ever happens. I even tried scanning for updates in configuration manager but nothing comes up. can someone help? None of your workstations are getting patchedd? i just started at my new job and my boss gave me this thing to figure out.it has been configured for several months and they havent been using it yet. I did get sp3 to install on this computer but nothing else after that.

ok so i just figured out somthing strange. If i select multiple updates it never starts to install. If i push only one update it works fine?
