unable to start task sequence
I have the dreaded.. Found 0 DPs in subnet, 0 DPs in local site, 1 DPs in remote location and 0 Multicast DPs My problem is that I have copied an existing task sequence, and just renamed it. So all the packages are on site, the accounts are good... why else would this be an issue?

Not sure why this is dreaded. Copying the TS does not copy the adverts for the TS which is where you configure behavior for DPs -- specifically on the Distribution Points tab of the TS advert. Please review and compare those settings.Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | Twitter @JasonSandys

it was a boundary issue, I don't know why one version of the task sequenece would work, and another would not, no changes were made and they were tried on the same machine, same ip, same everything... i dont get it... problem is solved thought.

My guess is: For the TS that works, you specified the option to fallback to remote DPs or unprotected DPs. Whereas you did not do this for the TS that does not work.
