HI All Recentlry we migrated from SMS to SCCM 2007, we've central site server, all software deployment will happen from central site server. we created collection for software deployment and added query in membership rule to fetch the records from AD group. whatever machines we added into AD group it should be reflect in collection. it is not happening. please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Yes, clients are assigned to the central site server.

Are you relying on Deltas for AD System group discovery? Because it won't work. You need to do a full AD System group discovery.

Having confronted with this before I advice you to do the same thing as jpharris recommended. Also you can limit the scan first only to a single container so you can test it this is the actual issue.
