BTW Edge opens  about:start so that isn't telling you anything about your connectivity anyway.

We hope your issue has been resolved.

Some same problem has been reported by other users.

Run CMD as admininstrator.

In the command line type: netsh winsock reset

Press Enter then restart your PC.

Previous that, I runned the command "sfc /scannow" but I think the instructions above will help.
