I created a new web app and site collection but I am unable to activate Office SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection features. I get the error message, "File Not Found". We have it activated on another web app/site collection, can it only be active on one at a time?

Hi, Please make sure you have activate “Office SharePoint Server Enterprise Web Application features” in central administration site > application management > SharePoint web application management > manage web application features. In addition, check your logs to see if there are some errors about creating web application and creating site collection. Hope it is helpful!Seven
