In SharePoint 2013 server with Aug CU, I activated Site Server Publishing Infrastructure at site collection features,  but unable to activate  SharePoint Server Publishing in site features, it failed "Something is wrong - technical details Correlation ID:
70652a9d-c440-b0fa-0d45-45a4ee481410 "

Anyone has any tips as why this happens?

User SP Management Shell command to force the activation, it worked. Feature activated.
