the specified name is already in use Error
Working at a client site, and have been asked to assist them with a sharepont 2007 issue. When user goes to the Site Actions --> Site Settings -->Site Features and trying to Activate the “Office SharePoint Server Publishing” feature, he gets the following error. Error Message the specified name is already in use. A list, survey, discussion board, or document library cannot have the same name as another list, survey, discussion board, or document library in this web site. Use your browser's Back button, and type a new name, at Microsoft.Share.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.CreateList(String bstrWebUrl, String bstrTitle, String bstrDescription, String bstrListUrl, String bstrFeatureId, Int32/TemplateID, String bstrDocTemplateType, ListQuickLaunchOptions qlOpt) at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequest.CreateList(String bstrWebUrl, String bstrTitle, String bstrDescription, String bstrListUrl, String bstrFeatureId, Int32/TemplateID,String bstrDocTemplateType, ListQuickLaunchOptions qlOpt) Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services. There are some out of box libraries that the publishing feature creates at the top level of the site collection when you enable the feature.
