the plan of reserved system and manage permissions

Hi

i want to create Villa Reservation System. i have three question:

1- how can show the day's of month when the user select his/shies favorite month. i want he/she shows the day's and can selected Whichever are wanted?

2- the user can only select of day's and when save this change he/she can not change our selected.only and only just to see themselves or others choices.
