sync list with excel
hi
Is there a way to sync a list to a excel. I have a list that will be periodically updated. I want the list's data to be extracted to the excel ( sync it on its own without the user publishing it ).
From the generated excel, I need to create a dashboard.
What should I do...

Try to create a time job and update the excel file based the list periodically.
