Hello All, In the first phase of my project I developed a main report with 8 subreports and I deployed to dev server and prod server and the report runs correctly from the report manager and aswell as through subscription. In the second phase of the Project user asked me to include a new subreport to the existing mainreport and now my main report has 9 subreports and when I try to run the report through report manager I am able to see all the 9 subreports data correctly and I am able to export to PDF correctly, but when I tried to subscribe(using windows file share or email to PDF) the newly build main report with 9 subreports, I am only getting data of 8 subreports some how 9th subreport is not executing and there were no errors on the pdf and the parameters were passed correctly. I tried to delete the 9th subreport and add it back and deploy but still I am facing the same problem again and ssrs logs not showing any errors. I tried to deployed the newly built report on to another dev server and still no luck. we are using SQL Server 2008 STD with service pack3. kasa

Does your Report Manager and SSRS are using the same server and datasource? If yes, then maybe your problem is just the same with the one on the link below: http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=101195

Thanks for your reply Zoldyk15, the issue got solved after I deleted the existing 9th subreport rdl and re developed it from scratch. kasa
