Hi Siddu, Where are you filtering the data? 1. Fetching all data from database and filtering it on report level through parameters. 2. Using query parameters to get filtered data from database? Later one will give you best result. Moreover you can use snapshots and cached version of report for better performance. Yes you can also setup subscription/datadriven subscription to send report to users in different formats through email or file share. Whichever suits best for your requirement. Thanks

Perhaps you are facing parameter sniffing, see Plamen's article http://pratchev.blogspot.com/2007/08/parameter-sniffing.htmlBest Regards, Uri Dimant SQL Server MVP http://dimantdatabasesolutions.blogspot.com/ http://sqlblog.com/blogs/uri_dimant/

Hi Siddu2010, Based on your information, I notice that the report has a list of 50 values for the parameter, now you want to create snapshots for each set of Parameters. Generally, every snapshot report could have only one default parameter value, to workaound the issue, you could refer to this blog written by Lucasz http://blogs.msdn.com/b/lukaszp/archive/2007/01/12/per-user-snapshots-or-multiple-snapshots-for-a-report-each-with-different-parameters-at-the-same-time.aspx Thanks, Challen Fu
