sql 2005 chart report
Hi i am using sqls 2005,i have creted a Bar chart MY x axis contained report name and Y axis contain number of user who have access those reports i am getting proper data at X axis but at Y axis i am getting data in ackward range ie 5 ,84 ,163,251,321 but these are the number of user who have aceess the report ,i want them to come in this patter..5,10,15,20,25...etc or 10.20,30,40..etc in any of the above 2 patter..what should i do to achieve this in sql 2005 bar char reports

On the chart properties, go to the Y axis tab. On the Major gridlines enter in an interval (i.e. if you want 5,10,15 then enter 5)

Hi Mushtaq308, I think pmp07’s reply could help you, if so could you please help mark it as answer, then other members could know the direction when encounter the same issue, if you are still unclear about the steps, you could follow these: 1. Right-click the whole chart, and then select Properties. 2. Switch to Y-Axis tab, you will see Interval property, type in the interval value based on your requirement. 3. Click ok.
