Do we have any out of box feature on InputFormTextBox to enable spell check? if not Please help me on how we can achieve it in a web part to deploy in the share point.

I forgot to inform that we are trying to build this webpart for WSS 3.0 but not for MOSS. I doubt if we have any support in WSS 3.0 for spell checking. Also, It need not be an out of box solution we can do customization if we get a right direction to implement this.
