i have logged as domain administrator & same account is used to install SQL. for reporting service used another user a

Browse to http://ConfigServer/reports

Select Properties > New Role assignment.

Add your user account and assign all the permissions you require.

Try opening reports again.

Also, have you changed the service account password?

If so browse to http://ConfigServer/reports.

Click on the ConfigMgr folder. See the reports folders. Navigate to the end and click on the datastore. What is selected? If "Credentials stored securely in the report server" is selected you can change the password. Alternatively you can change to Windows integrated secu
