During connection to Skype For Business web app, all users can see these hierogliphs for about a second. Then they dissapear.

What could it be?

does this happen on every machine, even public devices that you have no control of?

I did some research but did not find any setting which can change this title.

You may try patching the Skype for Business Servers, and then check if the issue persists after a reboot.

Hi Eric. All updates are installed either on server and clients. This caption is shown to all clients from all workstations. This caption appeared after updating Lync 2013 server to S4B.

I wonder what this hieroglyphs mean...
