thanks all for posting actually i did some deep check on event viewer,and found some perfmon counters error,,when i restart the ops manager health service i did some Search ,and i found the solution here: http://blogs.technet.com/b/operationsmgr/archive/2009/01/08/opsmgr-2007-client-agents-may-log-opsmgr-connector-21028-and-healthservice-6001-errors.aspx and its now working fine (i did a restart for the pc too ) btw if anyone got error while performing the comands on the above link,, try to run lodctr /r hope this helpPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Also in some cases it helps to stop the scom agent service and to delete the cache at C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\*.* and start the agent again (the folders should come back, management packs get downlaoded again within a few minutes after connecting and you should see counters coming in within a few minutes (check after 15 minutes for a CPU counter for instance). And be sure to check the operations manager eventlog on the box to see if there are any errors after you (re-)started the agent. Bob Cornelissen - BICTT (My BICTT Blog)

hi all i am new with SCOM ,i know alitle about it what i have in my scenario,,we have 2 DC Servers :AD01 , AD02 and we are using SCOM RTM SP1 AD01 have the i\o and all logical disk performance counters,, while the AD02 have none of the logical disk performance counters 2 weeks ago i was using the i'o performance of AD02 logical disks ,but now there is nothing on it i contacted the Vendor who implemeted this,,and they said "they cannot do any changes,as this Server has been passed to our company" >>i need to add the logical disk performance counters as it was working before can anyone pleaes help me with this ? With "diskperf" you can check whether the perf counters are enabled or not. If not, you can enable them with the same tool. When they are enabled you probably need to check what's wrong with the agent (the opsmgr eventlog should provide some clues), but you can also start with a reinstall of the scom agent.
