sharepoint 401 in internet explorer without proxy setting
Hi everyone! I have a problem when accessing a site on an Moss2007 Server located at local intranet with Internet Explorer 9. Every time I open the site from my client I get a 401 Authorization required input box. The authorization should be an integrated AD Authentication. I am not the only one getting this error. But I found one client working well. By sniffing with wireshark I found out that my client does not sent the wss_keepsessionauthenticated=80 at the cookie file of the initial http request. Some facts about my IE settings: - The site is located in "local intranet zone" - Activation of compatibility view for the site dows not help. - No proxy is activated Why does my client doesn't sent the wss_keepsessionauthenticated=80 in its request ? Any suggestions ? Thanks, Nils
