sharepoint Personal Website diplayname is the Accountname of mine ,why ?the AD Problem or ssp name ? i want to know,help !!!

The fix depends on whether you are using wss or moss. If it's wss, it is something that is controlled by the user themselves, they need to change the display name in their profile information. MySite > My Profile Tab If its MOSS this can be controlled in SSP > user profiles and properties > view profile properties (at the bottom) > select the attribute and choose edit.
