Hi Sandoss,
This could be a cache Issue You can start the console using the clearcache switch
C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Microsoft.MOM.UI.Console.exe" /clearcache

Did you put the server for long time in maintenance mode? If so, you will need to work with your DBA and find the record and will tell you that system still thinking it is in maintenance mode (there is an article by Kevin which tells you the steps).
After doing this, it will take 48 hours (at most) to go back to healthy state (this was one of my experiences with object showing "Not Monitored". I hope it helps, good luck!zibaK

Hi Sandoss
You can delete this computer from the OpsDB. The Table you need dbo.MT_Computer it could have a few 'invlalid' entries here
remove the invalid.
Before you do any changes to the db make sure you have a good backup of the DB.
