Hi If I understand you correctly then I think you can do this via Alert aging. Alert aging basically states that if an alert hasn't changed resolution state for x minutes then send a notification. So set the subscription for just New Alerts. And set Alert Aging to 2 hours (120 minutes). Personally, unless you have a well tuned system, I would be careful in case you start to generate so many emails that operators start to ignore them. Perhaps restrict it just to critical? I’d like to send an email to operators department if there are alerts not attended for more time than 5 hours for example. I have done new notification subscription with the next conditions: - Of a specific severity: of a Warning or Critical severity - With specific resolution state: New - Last modified by a specific user: System I don’t find any condition for alerts not attended in the last 5 hours. Hi, Have you tried input 300 minutes there? That should be 5 hours.
