You need to set up a run-as account with Domain Admin permissions to get the discoveries that run on the DC to function. This is covered in the MP guide (could be clearer, but is covered).Microsoft Corporation

I have this issue and it was solved using Method 2 at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946428 but Method 1 does not seem to work. I've tried this with multiple accounts, including the domain Administrator account. Do we really have to expose NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM like this? It just doesn't seem like the best practice.
