scom R2 shutdown and startup secquance
hi, I have a (RMS)scomR2 in cluster ,(Database) SQL server in cluser ,one reporting server ,one management server(MS), two Getway server, please tell me shut down and startup secquance ASPN. Sunil Dahiya

if you would want to shutdown "everything" that means you would first shut the gateways, next management servers, next rms, next database servers. But as these are clustered you would need to stop the services there (bring down the cluster resource group). and starting up is a matter of bringing up the clusters first, next the sql resources, next the rms, next management servers, next gateways. Not often that I bring down "everything" in bigger implementations. No need in almost any case, execpt for power-down or datacenter migration stuff.
