pinpoint lists only the 'official' ones (made by Microsoft and partner companies). You may also want to check the SCC catalog

Hi
Not sure how much you have used SCOM so apologies if you are an experienced administrator - I don't mean to make this sound like a lecture!
1) Marketing is all about being able to deploy as much monitoring as quickly as possible but it is all too easy to deploy agents and management packs in a day and then spend months trying to control all the alerts that come back. I talk a bit more about
this here:
http://www.systemcentersolutions.co.uk/index.php/scom/entry/deploying-management-packs
2) I'd be tempted to turn the question around and say what do you want to monitor? Then go off to pinpoint (or I prefer to use google \ bing) to download the management packs, store them in a software library and import them to SCOM from there. Follow a
management pack lifecycle process to deploy them in a phased and controlled manner, giving yourself plenty of time to fine tune them.
3) For just a listing (and I do appreciate that is all you have asked for) of Management Packs (and details of what they monitor), this is a good start:

Hope it helps
