In our environment, we have configured  SMS provider role  on server  to have HA for SCCM console. After installing the console on server B , we are not able to connect to the site. Please error occurs

Have a look at the smsadminui.log (it is located in the console install dir in the adminuilog subfolder) to get more details.

Did the console on server B ever work before you installed the additional SMS provider?

Did you install an additional SMS Provider? or moved the existing one? can you log in the the Primary site server and start the console from there?

Adding an extra SMS Provider for HA doesn' really help as the SCCM admin console asks the Primary site server for which SMS Provider it should use, it will give you better performance and HA for non console activities against the SCCM site, as powershell skripts e.t.c they can still run even if the Primary Site server is down.

I have installed additional SMS provider role for HA. console is wrkng fine on primary site server.
